      I worked as an ESL Teacher for a 3 week course to Spanish students with B2 level English. I taught up to 3 hours a day of English Language; including cultural topics and grammar. I also taught up to 3 hours a day of Business theory, which aided students in creating a project in which they set up a start up company.       I acted as a liaison between management and working staff. I have also taught several Irish classes in grammar and conversational phrases. I am responsible for the organisation of other staff, by creating rotas as well as organising activities and planning events for students. This includes being responsible for up to 80 girls, as well as supervision of up to 250 students during the day. I also assist with cleaning of dormitories, bathrooms, classrooms and kitchen.
