  I work within a customer service team, supporting students to find the perfect tutor to match their requirements. I also help manage our students and tutors accounts, payments and lesson bookings. I also contribute to other day to day tasks alongside my other team members, as well as work to towards completing our OKR's each quarter. I have also just competed a 6 months mentorship in Marketing, this has now lead on to a 1 day a week secondment with our Marketing team. I have been involved and helped to complete many exciting tasks such as arranging Video shoots for testimonials, doing the research and securing bookings for fantastic summer classes.
