The Engagement Manager is responsible for the overall management and delivery of all ActiveLAMP projects. The Engagement Manager works as a team member along with the development team and Project Manager and has the overall responsibility to drive the project to completion. Responsibilities: Manage the relationship with clients/stakeholders throughout a project's duration, acting as the main point of contact between clients and the development team. Monitor iterative project delivery and identify risks and issues, initiate strategies and take corrective action as appropriate. Provide leadership, and direct teams in the delivery of high-quality products within committed timeframes. Ensure the engagement stays on track and is accountable for client satisfaction, being focused on delivering valuable insights to the client. Manage the budget, timeline, resources, scope. Share best practices and provide consulting to clients throughout duration of the project. Produce a detailed project plan to match customer requirements. Demo and secure customer sign-off for each delivery phase. Maintain project status and updates. Produces a weekly status report documenting project health and progress. Show less
