I established Development Unlimited in October 1999Key achievements include:•One to one coaching with senior managers/execs in a number of international and blue chip organisations in a variety of sectors. As a result I have secured repeat business within the ‘host’ organisation and regular referrals to other organisations•Coaching on a Development Programme for Senior Lawyers within a major international law firm. Role involved gaining competency based feedback from sponsoring Partners, delivering this to candidates, including psychometrics, and working with candidates to put together competency based development plans. • Design and delivery of an executive coaching programme for new senior managers within charity organisation undergoing substantial growth and change. Involved working with recently promoted senior managers who had been appointed to a newly established board of directors • Design and delivery of accelerated development programme for newly appointed secretarial managers within a leading international legal firm. This was a new, highly visible role within the firm which required the successful candidates to take on board new skills and responsibilities quickly and successfully. As a result I have designed and delivered similar programmes in three other legal firms in the City & Dubai. • Design and delivery of competency based recruitment and selection process and programme for major IT Company. As a result of the success of this programme I was invited to run a workshop for the executive board. • Team building/team development with variety of organisations and levels, including Board level. Assignments have involved working across Europe. • Outplacement coaching, eg, for blue chip international IT Company and Finance company. As a result of the coaching most candidates were able to secure a new position of their choice within 3 months.
