  I am primarily a barista, however I am trained to work in every area for this coffee shop. If necessary, I work the register, work the line, and also take on responsibilities of the food prep person. On the days that I work, my manager leaves early and I am the one who is in charge while she is not there. I am the key holder and am responsible for making sure the restaurant is cleaned, the drawer of money is counted, and that all of the necessary paperwork is filled out at the end of the day. I also delegate cleaning responsibilities at the end of the day to ensure that everything is cleaned and that we leave on time.
