Designed and conducted experiments testing the effects of dynamin II protein expression on triple negative breast cancer cells and their resulting metastasis to the brain in the Gephart Brain Tumor Lab. Found that in culture, cells with DNM2 knockdown are quickly overgrown by cells expressing DNM2. Results published in journal of Neuro-Oncology, November 2019.
