  Servicing the central corporate business unit of a leading financial services provider in Central and Eastern Europe with project management and consultancy expertise. As an internal business consultant I conducted both market and internal research for international (cross business entity) improvement projects, and led some of the international projects. Projects included Managing the go-live readiness stream for a large (25+ m.) project. The project delivers a new loan administration system to Holding operations and is key for IFRS9 compliance. With its fixed deadline, it is a high-pressure environment with many moving parts. As stream lead I coordinate the integration testing with development teams, manage acceptance testing with business departments and liaise with the other IFRS9 projects. Managed rollout of the first unified group product with centralised operations to 3 cross border entities. Coordinated a cross functional team of 10 in holding and an additional 4 to 6 people per local entity. Pushed implementation through strong relationship management. Product has been sold to several large multinational corporate clients. Led a stream in a group wide project for standardized customer management operations, market research for vendor selection and led the 1.5 m. euro RFP for a digital platform.
