      I currently supervise 23 regular staff members and a number of casual staff members (currently 43 ADP timecards). I am responsible for the operation of the branches including hiring, safety, the collection, our community profile and more. I also attend management meetings, write reports, arrange/provide training to staff and support the Director of Library Services and Planning. VIRL currently uses the Sierra ILS platform however I have experience using Horizon, Polaris, CARL and Sitka.
