I currently perform concurrent roles at Edith Cowan University (ECU) as Manager, Admissions and Continuous Improvement Manager for the Student Administration Directorate. In leading the admissions function at ECU, I manage and motivate a large team who provide high quality, professional and timely services. This requires the ability to implement innovative business processes which deliver an excellent applicant experience that is both responsive and relevant. I ensure that our business imperatives remain aligned to the University’s broader strategic vision, ensuring services and functions are agile whilst remaining grounded in ECU's core values.
