      As Mathematics coach, I work with mathematics teachers at Central Middle School, to improve instruction and student achievement. Together, teachers and I co-plan lessons, review student data, support each other's implementation of research-supported teaching practices. I work closely with the RtI coordinator and building and district leadership to promote equitable and accessible mathematics teaching. Additionally, I serve on the Capital Equity Team and CMS ILT.       I taught problem-based Integrated Mathematics I, II, and III to freshmen at OCS and collaborated with the freshmen team and administrators to develop the first ever freshmen class at OCS. Additionally, we created a choice advisory, where students signed up to visit the teacher they needed to, work together with classmates on group projects, or work on homework. We also created a mid-term and final exam and PSAT experience for freshmen.
