- Monitor study team compliance with the required clinical study protocol schedule of activities and GCP standards. -Create organizational KPIs, and track them to determine organizational performance. -Create Workplans, Log Frames, logical frameworks, and Theory of Change for collaborating partners and parties, both locally and internationally. -Conducting data abstraction from MeTRH and JOOTRH Oncology treatment source data files for Cancer research. -Preparing and maintaining study files and timely submission of information. -Accurate input of trial data into the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system and track visits and procedures completed. -Review all participant files for accuracy and ensure specific visits on CRF are completed as per GCP standards and Perform a Quality Control review of all study source documents. -Timely reporting of all challenges requiring action to the study coordinator and ensuring that the ICF is complete and according to GCP standards. -Writing and reviewing study Standard Operating Procedures and participating in the development and review of study source documents. -Participate in regular data verification and audit exercises to assess the quality of data reported and address any anomalies identified. -Conduct data quality control to ensure the accuracy and completeness of Research study clinical records. -Provide supervision for data entry of quantitative data, clean data and conduct data analysis. - Compile data from surveys using relevant and appropriate computer packages/software. - Ensure that hard copies and soft copies of data collected are properly kept/archived. - Prepare informative field reports, identify shortcomings, and make relevant recommendations on a regular basis. -Implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities and ensuring that strategies are implemented according to plan.
