I had the opportunity to direct some of her research and found her to be very task oriented and one who was always seeking the best possible outcomes.. Dr. Parker has been a leader in STEM education all of the years I have known her, which likely spans at least 20 years. She has been a curriculum innovator and a technology promoter in all of her roles. Her nationally recognized leadership in manufacturing contributed immensely to educating American workers to be more competitive in industry, which is vitally important to our collective economic future.
