As an HR Business Partner for the business unit Customers & Solutions B2B, I focus on the Service Operation teams (± 200 employees). Together with five other students from study associations Aureus (VU) and Sefa (UvA) I organized this challenging day for students interested in marketing. Three organizations, Randstad, Friesland Campina and KPN, participated in this challenge and presented interesting, in some cases real-life, marketing cases for students to solve. I was responsible for the company acquisition, maintaining the contact, the process of CV selection and providing information in the time towards the event.
