Junior Fellow - Burkina Faso

The Junior Fellowship Program is a 16 month international development commitment including 4 months of preparation, 4 months overseas and 8 months of chapter capacity building as well as recruitment, selection and coaching of future volunteers. During my 4 month stay in Burkina Faso (West Africa), my placement was designed to facilitate the development of farm management tools for female farmers with low literacy levels.
