  I established the events department when joining the organisation and have grown it into a major contributor to the business. The primary focus of this role is to manage and develop the four main awards brands (Moneyfacts Consumer Awards, Business Moneyfacts Awards, Moneyfacts Awards and Investment Life & Pensions Moneyfacts Awards) as well as other client focused events.Achievements:• Ensured continued and consistent event growth and improvement across all four awards brands• Created the new Moneyfacts Consumer Awards in 2010 which has become a well recognised brand, with the winner logos being used on television, in national press and on the high street.• Developed the Moneyfacts Consumer Survey, engaging consumer brands to be involved and developing our own group of regular respondents, resulting in hundreds of thousands of individuals having their say each year.• Successfully took the awards to a virtual format when live events were not possible in the pandemic, keeping engagement with the brands high.
