Last year Apprentice, worked in the restaurant, bar and congress rooms. Looked after group dinners by myself. My supervisor put me on to the groups dinner, because they would know that If I needed help I will come and get them or give them a quick ring on there work phones they carried with them. If they didn't hear anything they know everything was alright. I had to set conference rooms for new coming groups, and refress the room during their stay and make sure everything was ready to go for there breaks. Most of the time the supervisors gave me the responsibility to get everything done and I had 1 or 2 colleagues that could help me with the jobs that needed to get done. Show less
