During the test period of two months during summer 2014 passengers at the airport received push messages on their smartphones with commercial info. It opened up a lot of opportunities for both the passenger and us as an airport. Another project was testing Google Glass among Passenger Service colleagues. And launching augmented reality in the CPH Airport app.Mobile solutions have been at the centre of my work: CPH launched m.cph.dk in 2009, and in 2010 our first app for iOS came out. The CPH Airport app has since then been updated and optimised many times for Android and Windows Phone as well. I also worked with social media, CPH Advantage - the airport loyalty program - and the corporate website cph.dk, which I participated in relaunching in 2013. Show less
