I had the pleasure of working with Anne at National Instruments where she managed the Enterprise Design and Front-end Development teams. I was and still am impressed by her ability to work with large and diverse teams to solve high visibility user experience problems. Anne was particularly adept at bringing data to help cross functional teams understand the issue and potential solution approaches. She’s also articulate and capable of quickly recommending the right team members with the specific skillset for a particular situation. I recommend entrusting Anne with a design/development team or related program.

If I were still in Austin I would hire Anne in a heartbeat. I can't say enough about Anne's capabilities as a manager and a team player. We worked together as peer managers for several years at National Instruments, and I found her to be one of the most self-aware and mature managers, able to motivate her team and advocate for them as well as serve as a guide and mentor. Anne has great instincts and a keen ability to understand her coworkers and as such, is a great collaborator regardless of the task at hand. Anyone looking for a hardworking, clear-headed, analytical team player who's super smart and fun to work with should put Anne at the top of their wish list.
