In 2010 while working for The NHS I was given a wonderful opportunity through (PSMW), part of the Welsh Government to train as a Level 7 ILM Accredited Executive Coach and Mentor. , I have been coaching for a number years; initially alongside my role as Deputy Nurse Director within the NHS and more latterly in a private capacity alongside my role as Director of Touch. Why Coach basically I get a kick out of helping others, and it is this that's very important to me. When I see coachees have a light bulb moment then this gives me a great deal of personal satisfaction. I also feel privileged to work with a vast range of individuals in a variety of different settings on many challenges. Working with individuals setting up new business or those in more of an established role gives me equal pleasure for me Coaching is acting as an enabler who aims to get the very best out of an individual, while assisting them to make decisions that will improve their life.
