Responsible for investigation of allegations of children abuse in all licensed agencies, making the Southeast Region the third largest child abuse investigating agency in PA, after only Philadelphia and Allegheny Counties. Responsible for all federal, state and county budgeting for child welfare and residential juvenile delinquency services in the five counties, between 25 and 30% of total statewide funding for child welfare and delinquency services.
