I had the pleasure to report into Anne Rubin at Allergan from 2016-2017 (Formally Forsight VISION5). Anne is a great mentor, leader, and professional. She is a strong decision maker. Anne set very clear expectations and goals. She kept me challenged and she was there to support me whenever I needed her guidance. Anne rolled up her sleeves when needed and jumped into the trenches as we transitioned to a technical transfer of our product lines to Irvine, CA and Clonshaugh, Ireland. Anne had great insight of her team’s talent. Anne understood the different skills her direct reports offered and harmonized the team to reach maximum productivity. I would absolutely work with Anne in if an opportunity would bring our paths together again.

I worked with Anne during three years, first at ForSight VISION5, where Anne was a VP Marketing, and than at Allergan, where Anne worked as Executive Director and was a whole site manager. Anne possesses a golden mixture of a personal, technical and managment skills that lead our team to success. She has an unique ability to come into the root of the problem and to get the right resources to solve the problem in the shortest time. During all scientific and business meetings Anne's opinion always was critical and constructive. Anne's hard work brought our company to succesful acquisition. Anne is a wise manager since all team members always felt encouraged to do everything they could to bring our product to success. The created atmosphere at work was like at warm home, I really hope to work with Anne again.
