Accord Fawdon is a fast growing generic manufacturing and packing plant which has been producing commercial products for just over a year. The headcount has grown from 60 to over 200 in the past 12 months and will continue to grow throughout 2019. My primary responsibilities were :- - the introduction of robust processes to allow monthly performance indicators to be monitored. - introducing and expanding controls around stock management, stock transactional accuracy and stock disposal. - controlling and reporting on capex spend, working to find solutions to head office reporting requirements. - working with SAP team to improve processes and reporting using standard SAP where possible. - producing the site annual budget and monthly forecasts to provide key measurement baselines against which actual performance can be tracked. - providing timely and accurate monthly financial results - providing monthly production variance analysis and suggest corrective actions where required - supporting Operations Cost Centre managers with cost centre budgeting, monthly reporting, accrual provisions and control to ensure control of operational expenditure - Collaboration with other operations sites and FP& A teams in order to achieve standardisation across operations reporting - Act as an interface between Fawdon site and other finance functions in sister sites and head office.
