  Responsibilities;  Post transaction, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records  Maintain records of outstanding payables  Ensure accuracy of organization documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes  Effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to all suppliers in time.  Verify invoices against purchase order and ensure goods were received and services were done before issuing payments.  Supplier’s reconciliations.  Obtaining proper information and data regarding invoice payments.  Clarify any questionable invoices items, prices or receiving signatures.
