Anne is one of the most dedicated, creative, empathetic, reliable and professional colleagues I had a chance to work with in my career. She never ceased to amaze me in the quality of her work. She was an integral part of building our product strategy at Ada by being an advocate and voice of our users and helping us create creative solutions for the complex user problems. She brought a lot of positive energy in the team. I would definitely recommend hiring Anne Matei, without a single doubt!

Anne Schmitt

Anne is analytical, emotionally intelligent and always thinking one step ahead. For me she is a true representation of someone with a growth mindest. She doesn't hesitate to take on a challenge and turn it into an opportunity to learn and grow, not only for herself but also for the entire team. She is a true team player and definitely someone you want to have on your team and be around with!

Hambro Perks is a venture capital firm; it is unique in that it is an investment firm and business incubator, with a consumer insights and growth department. My role at Hambro Perks is to translate insights about people, markets and businesses into strategies for how brands should appear (design), what they should make (products) and how they should grow (innovation). I work as a product designer: for homeware, accessories, jewellery on this short placement. I explored Indian crafts during field trips, and learning to co-create with craftsmen. A work at the crossroads of design research, and product (co-)design. An immersion into an enriching cultural experience.
