Anne-Marie is a very difficult person to work with - wait, not because of any fault on her part, no - because she is impossible to book, because everyone loves working with her! She is a great designer, has excellent client-facing skills, is able to build a rapport with any team member or SME, is very technically competent, has a great eye for detail and everyone wants to use her to run their course. If it wasn't ethically unsound to do so, I would bribe her to carry out substandard work, in order to free her up for use on my projects. You know that any photoshoot, build phase, or challenging content meeting will be in safe hands when you work with Anne-Marie.

Anne-Marie is quite simply a fantastically valuable asset to any company, as well as being an incredibly lovely person and a caring friend. Not only does she excel in her design and writing skills, but she also has a great ability to nurture and lead a project team encompassing many different disciplines, showing keen project management skills and commercial awareness. Colleagues and clients alike were always quick to praise her and I knew if I was lucky enough to have her on my team, then the project was in safe hands. As both a project manager and a project director, I often wished I could have cloned her!

Working as part of an education development and delivery team, I was responsible for developing and maintaining all curriculum materials for a portfolio of healthcare diploma programs, delivered through face to face, blended, or online models of learning. The highlight of my role was the successful design, development and implementation of a new 46-week Therapeutic Recreation (Gerontology) Diploma. Other job duties included: writing accreditation reports, orientating new instructors to their curriculum, networking with industry, building Moodle courses, writing handbooks and supporting documentation, ensuring all programs met legislative and regulatory standards, and updating website copy.
