Anne-Marie is a very difficult person to work with - wait, not because of any fault on her part, no - because she is impossible to book, because everyone loves working with her! She is a great designer, has excellent client-facing skills, is able to build a rapport with any team member or SME, is very technically competent, has a great eye for detail and everyone wants to use her to run their course. If it wasn't ethically unsound to do so, I would bribe her to carry out substandard work, in order to free her up for use on my projects.
