Healthy living is important to me, is it to you? My next challenge is to walk for 6 days on the overland Track in Tasmania, so I have goal! Everyday I am speaking with customers who are experiencing Stress related inllnesses which is the main cause of inflammation and pain in our bodies. Nopalea Cactus Juice and Adaptuit can conquer these everyday issues. I am trained to assist you and our customers to take the opportunity to experience wellness once again. Fitness - just move, Healthy Eating - real foods and smaller portions are all just the beginning. Its taken me a life time of experience to understand my body and build the right relationship with food and exercise to understand wellness - everything in moderation.   Director/Tour Operator, product development, Sales and Marketing, Tourguide I assisted in establishing international tourism to South Australia and in particular to Kangaroo Island. Kangaroo Island Odysseys was developed because of my passion for the nature and bio-diversity of Australia. Being a 4th generation Kangaroo Islander I endeavoured to focus on the place that was so dear to my heart. I had had many years of previous experience in sharing our great country with worldwide travellers, and realised that the best kept secret was yet to be discovered. So along with my many tourism colleagues we opened the doors of KI to the world tourism market. The experience was phenomenal, markets such as Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, UK and USA were loving the wonders of our magnificent natural environment, that had never been know about before. It far surpassed all expectations and it continues to be discovered and developed today as one of Australia's favourite destinations for discovering the Australian native wildlife and nature experiences. I shared KI with so many wonderful people and developed some extraordinary relationships and of course friendships, a time in my life that I will always treasure. Unfortunately there became a time to move on, but not to be forgotten.
