I am very glad that Anne-Luise was one of my Master program classmates. It was always a great pleasure to work with her in team, as Anne-Luise is very cooperative, committed, competent, passionate and professional. During different seminars that we had together in fields of management as well as during side talks outside the courses framework Anne-Luise always showed high interest in different topics and in learning new things. However, Anne-Luise’s enthusiasm about the Human Resources field was always splendid, this reflected how much Anne-Luise leans to this field. On the personal side, Anne-Luise was and is always there to give advices in topics she knows about, and she helps as much as possible. Moreover, Anne-Luise is a very good listener and knows how to deal with people, regardless of what the situation is; which shows professionalism when being in the Human Resources Field. Anne-Luise is strongly qualified in the HR field, both professionally and academically.
