I have had the opportunity to work with Anne-Laure for several years, in particular as we both contributed to a Working Group established to define and harmonize policies, processes and procedures for project management at INTERPOL, and another Working Group on Enterprise Risk Management to set up the policy and methodology in this regard and produce the first risk register for the Organization.
