I have had the opportunity to work with Anne-Laure for several years, in particular as we both contributed to a Working Group established to define and harmonize policies, processes and procedures for project management at INTERPOL, and another Working Group on Enterprise Risk Management to set up the policy and methodology in this regard and produce the first risk register for the Organization. Working with Anne-Laure continues to be a great learning experience for me, as she is an extremely competent, bright and dedicated colleague, with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Anne-Laure has brought to all the projects we have worked on an open-mind and constructive approach, a team spirit, always with creative ideas and thinking out of the box.
