Bio
Bill Clow
Over the last several years, I have worked with Anne on a variety of programs, most notably an effort to expand the world language offerings at our school district. Anne served as Project Coordinator at the outset of this effort and did an outstanding job. Anne took the concept of the State grant, and reached out to new and unknown resources to help make the program more realistic and concrete. She was instrumental in securing an offer from a foreign consulate to pay for a significant portion of our program. She researched and identified personal and professional resources that made it possible for us to better understand the challenges we faced and then to address those challenges. In addition to her ability to plan and deliver resources, I admired Anne’s ability to communicate and connect with a wide range of people we contacted in this project. Whether it was a North Shore teacher or the Chinese Consulate General, Anne quickly won them over and convinced them of the importance of our goal and, more importantly, the importance of their support of our goal. The contacts she made were essential to our success. Anne has the ability to see beyond the immediate horizon and grasp the big picture and the end goal. She was also able to help others on a team to understand those ultimate goals.
