I first worked with Anne at Jersey Harbours at a time when the Jersey Data Protection Law was about to be updated. There was a lot of work to do and Anne was well prepared - with a structured plan, no-nonsense approach and experience in change management she was able to determine the right things to do to move the organisation forward to compliance.

£35m turnover, 1200 staff formerly MTL London Northern) Key Achievements:Having joined MTL London after privatisation of the London Bus Market I was at the forefront of the change management process of transferring an ex-public sector body into a commercial business operating in a highly competitive tendering market.Established client requirements and built a relationship which helped to ensure that over 90% of all contracts tendered for were re-awarded representing £15m of turnover and business enhancements secured.Significant Trade Union negotiations conducted including wage reductions and redundancy with avoidance of industrial action. This wage reduction resulted in an annual cost saving of circa £6OOk.Documented and reported on the operational and quality elements of the company for the flotation process for MTL London as part of the proposed full listing of the MTL Group on the London Stock Exchange.Chosen by client as most innovative senior team to turn the 'vision' of London Transport's Bus futuristic project into working reality and operational results. Effected the elevation of London Northern Services from 9th to 2nd in quality league tables within 18 months through operating methodology and target setting.Marketed and launched travel company direct into New York Tour Operator sector.
