Auch in einem herausfordernden Transformationsumfeld schafft sie es Ruhe zu bewahren und mit unermüdlicher Freude Menschen für Veränderung zu begeistern. Anne hat als externe Agile Coach & Organisationsentwicklerin die digitale & agile Transformation von PwC Deutschland mitgestaltet. In dieser Zeit habe ich als Product Owner des Transformationsvorhabens ca. 6 Monate mit ihr zusammengearbeitet. Ein wesentliches Ziel der Transformation war es, die Entwicklung neuer, digitaler Geschäftsmodelle zur Lösung von Kundenproblemen zu ermöglichen. Anne unterstützte im Transformationsteam dabei die dafür notwendigen organisatorischen Rahmenbedingungen zu schaffen und durch Team- und Individual-Coachings die Menschen zu befähigen in cross-funktionalen & selbst-organisierten Teams wirksam zu sein. Sie war u.a. verantwortlich für die Entwicklung eines Schulungscurriculums und bildete unternehmensinterne Coaches aus, führte Trainings und Coachings der Teams zu agilen Methoden durch (z.B. OKRs, SCRUM, Design Thinking) und moderierte verschiedene Großgruppen-Workshops. Ich war jedes Mal aufs Neue beeindruckt von Annes ausgeprägtem Kundenfokus und ihrem Pragmatismus bei der Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen in schwierigen Situationen während der Transformation. Es war mir immer eine sehr große Freude mit Anne zu arbeiten. Wann immer ich in Zukunft eine Expertin und Sparrings-Partnerin für (agile) Transformation brauche, würde ich Anne kontaktieren.

I am happy and thankful for having had Anne by my side as coach, mentor, and a great sparring-partner in my first role as a Product Owner at MOIA. In our 6-month collaboration, she has become a valuable member of our team, whom we miss to this day. Beginning of 2020, a company-wide reorganisation took place, with the aim of a more stream-aligned team setup. Our team was one of the newly formed ones as a result of that process. At the same time, the OKR framework was introduced on company & domain level. On one hand, Anne helped us build the foundation of a today strong, healthy & amazing team by facilitating Ideation workshops, helping us define our shared mission, find our working mode, and identify the team rituals we really needed. On the other hand, she was heavily involved in organising and shaping necessary processes, rituals, and knowledge exchanges on our very first company OKRs - all of this in a quite challenging phase, considering the big changes the (still young) company was going through on several levels (Reorg, OKRs, and then remote-first from one day to the other due to corona). In particular, I’d like to highlight 3 characteristics of Anne: encouraging, empathic, inspiring. With her fundamental trust in me and my abilities, as well as her unwavering patience, Anne was able to give me a sense of security, and at the same time the courage not to be afraid of just trying things out; with her empathy she always reminded me never to lose sight of the team’s health and cohesion next to all my new challenges - which is essential for the success of our team up to this day; with her creativity and foresight she inspires to always look at things from multiple perspectives.
