  During my 4 years at Alcimed (2 years in Paris headquarters / 2 years in Princeton office in the USA) I carried out ~20 projects in innovation and strategic marketing focused on healthcare at national and global scales. My work focused on the exploration of complex environments in various therapeutic areas (e.g. cardiovascular diseases, metabolism, rheumatology, oncology, orphan diseases…) to establish strategic recommendations for our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, all across the value chain (R&D, marketing, market access, business development…). Examples of projects I’ve carried out include:- Exploration of development opportunities in the Healthcare environment (e.g. diversification into healthcare services, new therapeutic area and indications based on the assessment of healthcare professional needs and expectations, psychotherapy-based solutions etc…)- Market analysis both for drugs and devices (including IVD products and orphan drugs): review of current and future trends, pipeline analysis, KOL mapping, market sizing etc…- Definition of market access strategy in various countries (Mostly in Europe, but also in the MENA region), including various workstreams such as price and reimbursement strategy, value proposition assessment, regulatory requirements, KOL strategy, business development strategy etc… Show less
