I am a member of the Senior Leadership Team at InterVarsity Press, a publisher of Academic, Reference, and Trade books in the Christian market. I manage the print book production as well as the physical inventory for 1800 frontlist and backlist titles. I oversee the operations and general services of our office and warehouse as well as fulfillment services from the customer contact center through distribution. I coordinate all training and development initiatives for our supervisors and managers as well as O3 coaching and mentoring of staff.

I am on the Executive Leadership Team at InterVarsity Press (IVP), a Christian book publisher where I oversee the design, production, and print purchasing of all our titles. I manage and maintain the inventory of over 1500 frontlist and backlist titles. In addition I oversee fulfillment services from the customer contact center through distribution. I monitored the cost analysis, budgeting and construction of a 13,000 square foot warehouse addition and now maintain the operating integrity of a 32,000 square foot distribution facility. I coordinate all training and development initiatives for our supervisors and managers as well as 1:1 coaching and mentoring of a staff of 27. I initiated and now oversee IVP's environmental stewardship program, recently bringing IVP community recognition for our exemplary commercial recycling program.

I was responsible for the administrative operations for a 13 state regional office. My responsibilities included hiring, developing and firing administrative personnel. I managed all invoicing, accounts receivables, and sales commissions. I oversaw three office relocations as well as the leasing of additional district office space in three states. I maintained the operating integrity of a 3,000 square foot door and window retail operation and supervised a staff of service managers, installers, salesmen, and an office manager. I controlled all services provided by the retail operation including sales to customers, ordering product, product delivery and installation, surveying customer sites and appropriate factory contact.I optimized the store profitability and reduced accounts receivables by 90%. I handled all customer service concerns and issues.
