I had the pleasure of working along side Anne-Cecile in the role of NPD Manager between the years of 2015 and 2018, for McBride. Anne-Cecile is a fantastic leader and leads by example. She is extremely approachable, knowledgeable and works well under pressure to tight timescales. Anne-Cecile has a vast knowledge in NDP’s and managing projects for FMCG, in both Household Cleaners and Laundry liquids. She also has strong knowledge in working with, and supporting IT departments in the transition and development of SAP. Anne-Cecile would be an asset to any Team and Company.

Manager in Ieper of a team of 10 people (4 engineers and 6 techniciens) and local lab of Middleton - Previously I was also responsible for Italian lab (Bagnatica- 2015-2016) and Spanish lab (Sallent -2016-2018) which aim was to train them and include them better on central organisation.My team is responsible of the development of Household products (Washing-up liquids, specialist cleaners, toilet cleaners acids, scouring cream, drain cleaners and all bleach products ...), for France, Benelux, Scandinavia, Spain and Italy ... but also from Nov 2018 for UK, Germany and all eastern countries.Expertise in CLP, BIOCIDE, ECOLABEL, NORDIC SWAN, BLUE ANGELS on the whole Home Care liquid products. My role consists to coordinate projects and allocate resources accordingly. I'm working also on some specific projects, involving different departments and Business (ex : BPR products, Master Data, rationalisation excercise, legislation impact assessement and implementation ... ).I'm acting also as technical expert to support commercials and as a coach with my team, focusing to people development , always available and present to advise and support.
