  En collaboration avec la Directrice des programmes, j'ai conçu la stratégie de déploiement et animé le programme "Best for Colorado" en partenariat avec le label RSE B Corp. Le but du programme est d'augmenter les niveaux d'engagement de la communauté des entreprises engagées pour avoir des pratiques plus responsables et respectueuses de la société et de l'environnement. Cela incluait entre autre des services de conseils aux participants afin de les accompagner dans leur état des lieux et d'identifier les opportunités d'amélioration de leurs pratiques,de construire et d'animer des partenariats adéquats (Ville de Denver, Université de Denver,associations,etc) et d'animer le réseau des entreprises à travers des rencontres, ateliers, séminaires. 200 entreprises au sein du réseau Best for Colorado + 40 nouvelles entreprise par an 300 participants à la cérémonie des "Best for Colorado Awards" Show less

  Urban transport is more than ever a solution to congestion and pollution problems in cities. Transdev implements corporate policies in quality, safety and environment to manage the risks, ensure compliance, and look for continuous improvement in its processes.I had the opportunity to work with different levels in the organization (HES manager of each unit, corporate team, operation staff, top manager, main client,etc.). I counseled, helped and controlled Transdev’s subsidiary companies to implement the corporate policies and management system in safety and environment.Promoted in 2016, in addition of my previous duties taken since 2013, I became in charge of the quality assurance management system and the relationship with the Greater Paris region.Main duties :• Negotiated and represented the company in meetings regarding quality issues with clients and other transport companies. Quality meetings led to the approval by the client of a quality methodological guide for public transporters in order to clarify the application of the contract.• Updated the associated reporting protocol, monitoring process and informatics software used to monitor the quality assurance by Transdev’s 35 subsidiary companies to ensure practices were consistent with the new contract and company goals • Support the subsidiary companies as an expert on quality contract matters• Define and work on workshops to implement Transdev’s new labels in Corporate Social Responsibility • Conducted coordination meetings and analysis meeting of the quality penalties with the referent of Transdev to define a strategy of negotiation, and area of improvements• Continued to fulfill responsibilities in the area of safety and environment, taken on since December 2013, as below. As an intern, I worked on all environmental and Corporate Social Responsibility matters (biodiversity, energy, waste management, water.). This experience at the CGPME was a great opportunity to see “behind the scenes” of the process of the creation of bills and to look for a satisfactory compromise between different and sometimes strongly opposite interests.
