Anna Shannon is a real genius at travel, and she has been my/our Travel Agent for some years now. Any time my wife and I look at travelling, Anna is "the go to girl". Nothing is a problem, nothing is too hard and Anna's "can do attitude" makes everything so easy (well this is how she makes it). All of our trips arranged by Anna have been trouble free and the attention to detail from Anna has been well noted by my wife and I, and this has ensured we have a seamless trip. I am sure there are times we have tested Anna's patience, but she has never been flustered, but she has always reassured us that everything is fine, and it always has been. We strongly recommend Anna to anyone considering any form of travel and we have recommended Anna to all of our friends due to her diligence, competence and thoroughness. Our attitude with travel consultants is "Anna's the best - forget the rest". From us Anna, 10/10.
