Danny Pancratz

Anna is a smart, reliable, collaborative, and (especially) effective colleague. Her proactive communication resolves bottlenecks and avoids delays. While with ASUG, Anna supported an *incredible* volume of marketing communications and was rarely (if ever) late, at least in my experience. Her intellect and creativity often helped resolve issues and she was unafraid to take an action item to move the project along. Anna also was a valuable contributor to ASUG’s cultural transformation, helping shape and articulate organizational values and also participate in the tough conversations that initiate progress. When I think of Anna, I think of a self-starter that works effectively on her, but also possesses the communication and collaborative skills to work well in groups. I could always rely on Anna and trusted her work.
