  During my time at Avolites I have been involved in many aspects of the life-cycle of each version of the Ai software. I conducted basic and advanced training courses in-house, online and on-site. I provided technical support for many live video projects by email, phone and on the out-of-hours support number, often controlling the servers remotely using Team Viewer. I carried out extensive beta testing on several Ai software releases. One of my main day to day roles has been providing on-site Ai technical support, helping on setting up projects, creating 3D models, mapping projections and led screens, blending projectors manually, blending projectors with automatic camera systems, pixel mapping lighting fixtures, programming shows and in some occasions operating the shows themselves. Another big part of my role was representing Avolites at globaI trade shows. My work consisted of setting up multiple stations with the Ai media servers - often in conjunction with the Avolites lighting desks - blend projectors and projection mapping scaled models and then demonstrating the Ai software to potential clients for use in their projects.
