I have worked alongside Annalisa for close 1 year and a half, while she was an Export Executive at William Morris London. In that time, I've seen her not only excel at the core elements of her job, but also learn other tasks that extend well beyond the scope of her role, like being the right-hand woman of the Company's owner, planning events, and even championing our company's customer service (she was assigned to follow the most prestigious brand in the Company, the whole chain, from supplies to deliveries to the final customers). Annalisa has grown as quickly as the business had, and her willingness to learn and take on these new responsibilities is something to be desired in any professional. As personal qualities I would mention her kindness ; Annalisa is always ready to help, always ready to listen either the customers' needs or her colleagues needs. Everybody who worked with her appreciated greatly her good nature and her openness.
