I have had the pleasure of working with Annaliese for nearly two years now, and recently she and I have worked even more closely on Uber's Delivery program. Annalise took over the daily production tasks for Uber's Delivery localization work very easily and quickly. She acts like an owner, managing tasks and areas of responsibility with care and pride. Things are always more efficient with Annaliese around - she asks great questions that push the team further, and suggests thoughtful improvements to every process she encounters. During the tumultuous year of the Covid-19 pandemic, Annaliese was a reliable source of positivity and professionalism, and she began taking on more and more responsibility as the year of remote work and constantly shifting priorities unfolded. She has handled great challenges in stride, and I can see a bright future as a talented Program Manager in store for her.
