I have had the pleasure of working with Annaliese for nearly two years now, and recently she and I have worked even more closely on Uber's Delivery program. Annalise took over the daily production tasks for Uber's Delivery localization work very easily and quickly. She acts like an owner, managing tasks and areas of responsibility with care and pride. Things are always more efficient with Annaliese around - she asks great questions that push the team further, and suggests thoughtful improvements to every process she encounters. During the tumultuous year of the Covid-19 pandemic, Annaliese was a reliable source of positivity and professionalism, and she began taking on more and more responsibility as the year of remote work and constantly shifting priorities unfolded. She has handled great challenges in stride, and I can see a bright future as a talented Program Manager in store for her. She will certainly be an asset to any team she chooses to lend her talents to - I cannot recommend working with her highly enough.

Annaliese has a unique skill often overlooked, genuine empathy. With this skill, she can quickly align herself with cross-functional teams, understand their unique perspectives, and efficiently address them. In meetings, she sees through the nodding heads and asks the questions needing to be asked. She never takes the easy way over the proper way yet doesn't get stuck on gold-plating tasks. On a personal note, Annaliese always takes the high road. In stressful situations, she finds a way to add a positive spin. She recognizes and celebrates her colleagues' successes yet makes light of her own. Her optimism easily overpowers any pessimist. I'd gladly recommend Annaliese for any PM / PgM role within the localization industry. It would be a pleasure to work with her again.
