SHE’s GREAT! is a holistic community-based gender responsive program for youth which aims to identify and transform gender stereotypes and build inclusive communities where students are equipped with the networks, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts/Design, and Math (STEAM) training, confidence, and leadership skills to fully participate in their communities and careers.My tasks as a facilitator included:1. Participation in all elements of the project (selection of participants, development of project ideas and activities, mentoring of the project that the participants decide to implement)2. Conducting online trainings for teenagers3. Holding an offline meeting with teenagers4. Mentorship for club members, help to implement 1+ project5.
