Tasks included: administering a grant from the Kaiser Foundation, developing community guidelines for teacher-student-parent engagement with lessons, creating lesson plans for and by teachers, implementing safety and guidelines practices for nourishing student development, gathering data regarding students' physical health and teachers' participation in such, writing grant reports, resolving student conflicts calmly and assertively, conducting research into effective and efficient children's exercise, following strict policies and procedures pertaining to hospital guidelines, timekeeping and notation per grant guidelines and renewal policies, creation and promotion of school community events to integrate wellness practices, managing documents and files to track student progress in both generalized and specialized health coaching, meetings with principals and teachers to assess site needs and limitations, managing student groups and efforts related to Kaiser grant, overseeing all stages of large-scale events where the entire school community is welcomed in attendance.
