Anna is an extremely bright and hard working individual. When she started her position in training, she had very little experience of the software courses we were running. There were many aspects in this position that she had never done before. Anna was not only very quick to learn, she exceeded all expectations within all areas. Anna learnt very quickly how the creative industry worked, what they required and soon she was responsible for some of our largest clients within training. Her account handling skill were second to none. Anna was a very important member of the team and its growth. She has a great sense of fun and totally committed to whatever she is given and will always rise to the challenge.

Whilst training at Aquent, Anna did a great job of managing clients, often with very specific and specialised technical requirements, which was invaluable in order to provide top quality training courses. She reliably handled all client liason and scheduling so I didn't need to even think about that side of things, leaving me more time to get on with putting together the content.
