Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO of insydo, a digital startup that recommends the best services and experiences in Dubai. Every day is totally different in my role! As the second employee in the company, I played a key role in setting up insydo. This included company registration, setting up the office and recruiting our fantastic team. Since then, I have organised a number of key events whilst helping to manage our Founders hectic work schedule and travel arrangements. I am also a member of the research team which involves me scoping out new recommendations across the city and writing up detailed reports on my experiences. Additionally, I provide personal support to the Founder, managing of a small team of household staff and providing personal PA support including managing their home and cars, organising holidays and organising family events such as weddings, birthday parties and private dinners. I took the opportunity to travel and work in New Zealand fulfilling my travel dreams. Winters were spent with NZ Ski working at Coronet Peak in the Mountain Manager's Office; a varied role which included reuniting lost children with their parents, responding to emergencies on the Mountain and daily broadcasts on the local radio! My summers were spent in a Customer Service role with Ultimate Hikes who organise walking holidays in the South Island.
