As a corporate hospitality intern, I worked to maintain and support daily operations of the PGA of America Hospitality Staff. I assisted during the pre-championship week and the 2022 PGA Championship week In Tulsa, Oklahoma. I worked to provide the highest level of customer service to the PGA corporate guests. I successfully managed to track and record PGA corporate clients throughout the week, assisted my manager in clerical duties around the PGA corporate venues, and learned new leadership and sports management skills at one of the largest golf championships in the world. As a student in First Fidelity Bank Program, I received hands-on, real-world, experiential training through simulated business opportunities inside and outside of the classroom. Starting with the formation of our company (405 Stickers), I was able to assist in brainstorming product ideas, performing market analysis, managing employees and discovering legal implications of business transactions associated with a plethora of day-to-day business dealings. During the Spring 2022 semester, I worked alongside with 20 students to sell and market custom OU stickers. As a marketing team member, I raised brand awareness through conducting focus groups and surveys. I set and exceeded individual and team goals. As a team, we collectively donated our company profit of $12,554 to Mary Abbot's Children's House in Norman.
