      In this role I was greeting guests with a smile and ensuring my customer service was perfect, due to serving guests in the VIP area, i needed to make sure the guests felt like VIP's. My role was to give out drinks to those who had purchased the VIP ticket, I needed to be vigilant and check tickets were legit. Budget also needed to be taken in to consideration due to using a lot of bottles of prosecco. I needed to plan effectively to ensure my station was set up for both days.       At this popular Birmingham event I was fortunate enough to be selected to be a photographer, capturing photos of acts on stage, people having a good time and capturing the best parts of the event.
