Although desirable, no recruitment or sales experience is required for this role!This unique in-house training programme requires suitable candidates to meet our company values due to the fast paced, competitive and challenging nature of the recruitment industry. Highly ambitious and motivated individuals with the evidence of hard work and the determination to succeed, will be given expert one on one training from our experienced Business Directors to develop the skills and knowledge to be a successful recruiter. After your salaried training, we expect you to be making over £30k per year and over £60k in your second year. There are career opportunities for you to step up into management within 3 years, and hit director level within 5! We are keen to meet people with entrepreneurial spirit and business/sales acumen. Once proven in your market there will be opportunities for you to grow your own team or new division and even set up your own UK Staffing Group office!
