This provided visibility to the board and enabled a more robust plan to combat those risks. • Reported to the board and led monthly HC Forums with the directors to workshop key people issues. • Collaborating with the parent company on all HC related matters to bring about consistency of people manage and streamline the movement of people between hubs. • Re-engineered the budget to appropriately detail the required spend for the HC function.
