      Part of a small team which built the Marketing function from the ground up. First 2 years the main focus was 1) to support corporate & employee communications for the Holding Group, TDG, and 2) build awareness and inbound lead generation for TDG's Media Tech SaaS company, Project Agora, for Supply (online publishers) and Demand (advertisers) across key markets in CEEMEA. As this was a new function for the company a lot of time also went into infrastructure, processes set up, branding, templatization for collaterals & launch of new sites. Key duties: I currently focus mainly on Project Agora working on a full scope of initiatives for awareness and lead generation for Supply and Demand, including Product Marketing | Content Marketing | Email Marketing | PR & Trade Marketing | Event Marketing | Paid Media & Acquisition. Initiatives expand to support core markets such as Greece, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and also expansion to new markets such as CEE countries, Italy, Turkey, LATAM. • Design & Manage communications across all main contact channels (owned, paid, earned / online and offline). • Design & Manage PR: Press Releases, publicity items (articles, interviews) and CSR activities. • Design & Manage Lead Generation Initiatives to achieve agreed KPIs. • Design & Manage content creation (blog posts, newsletters, videos, white papers) and coordinate collaborating copywriters and designers. • Work closely with Product teams on new product launches and product marketing support. • Work closely with Product & Commercial teams on sales collaterals. • Work closely with High Touch and SDR sales teams to streamline operations and design strategies to deliver qualified marketing leads. • Work closely with Customer Success and Commercial teams to design and manage successful events & webinars. • Manage ad hoc across functions projects, involving numerous stakeholders and review by committee, to ensure smooth design and execution.
