For non-unionized staff, managers received assistance in performance and attendance issues. Disability (both WSIB and non work related), attendance and performance management support to managers and to employees when approached. Recruitment of candidates for presentation and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process. Training on company policies and practices as well as legislative changes to management and employees as required. Suggestions for employee development occurred when asked by employees or when management were unclear of opportunties for development available to staff.
